How to join as a freelancer?

Crazy Ants is a curated community of freelancers. To join as a freelancer, send us your portfolio with the services you provide (preferably in Google Drive with your projects arranged neatly into one service per folder)!

We suggest showing at least ten projects as the clients will first review your portfolios before choosing to engage with a freelancer. Keep in mind that portfolios submitted must be without a watermark or contact details.

At Crazy Ants, we value quality work and quality freelancers that are reliable, have a good performance and attitude, and can communicate well with their clients.



I’m new to freelancing. Can I join your platform?

If you’re just starting out, don’t worry; we recognise your potential! If we are confident to help you grow as a freelancer, we will invite you to join our Junior Freelancer Program, where you will receive a 1-on-1 coaching experience that provides the necessary training and help you build your portfolio before listing you as a part of Crazy Ants to get paid clients.

How can Crazy Ants help me?

We function as marketers for your services so you can focus on your passion. Our project managers act as the mediator to facilitate communication and dispute resolution between you and the client. With years of working in this industry, you can leave it to us to negotiate the best rate for you.
We will help with your personal development by presenting opportunities to improve your portfolio and help you find a niche that differentiates you from the other talents in the market. We also collect full payment for you, so you don’t have to chase the clients for invoices but have peace of mind.



What is the platform fee?

We charge a 20% flat rate for our services, which covers the marketing and operation fee so we can continue running our site and connecting you to new clients!
